We get you started and show you the techniques, for a couple of fun games for all ages and a gentle explore of the Loch.

Loch Morlich and its sandy beach nestle beneath the mighty Cairngorm Mountain. It is the perfect place to enjoy Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). You will get kitted up in a wetsuit and buoyancy aid.
If you haven’t done it before don’t worry, our friendly and experienced staff will show you how to handle your SUP, giving you the confidence to enjoy this exciting sport.
Then it's on to the water to learn some of the strokes and techniques that you will need to paddle and steer your SUP and a couple of fun games for all ages and then a gentle explore of the Loch.
Want a bit extra with Lesson+?
Hire the SUP for an additional hour (no instruction) to practice what you have learned, look out for wildlife, explore the Alt Mor burn, and enjoy some stunning highland scenery.
Simply select Lesson+ for each participant when booking for only £5 more per person.

All lessons include equipment, wetsuit and buoyancy aid.
Please bring swim wear, towel and spare warm clothing.
Groups are small with a maximum of 8 participants
